Pipe Welding Inspection 2003
This equipment carries out radiographic inspection for the welding part as means to inspect normal or abnormal status of the welding part in the construction work of all types of pipeline (gas pipe, oil pipe, water pipe, etc).The RIC-2003 Radiographic Inspection Crawler is equipment automatically performing radiographic inspection and can accurately stop on the welding line while traveling inside of the pipe. This equipment permits to take a radiographic photograph with good quality on the film attached to the outside of the pipe by accurately disclosing accurate quantity of radioactive rays.
Features;
· The RIC-2003 is a radiographic inspection equipment for the pipe welding part that automatically handles a series of work if pressing the start button after placing it at the pipe inlet and entering work conditions
· This equipment is easy to operation and has excellent recognition capability since it displays operation status with the VFD
· This equipment automatically calculates disclosing time of the source depending on working conditions and automatically handles radioactive rays disclosure work to obtain uniform and accurate film quality
This equipment has equipment recovery function with excellent reliability to return to the pipe inlet irrespective of programs after some time (about 1minute) if control error occurs for some reasons during work within the pipe, especially even if the power is cut off due to the fuse blown out or if abnormality occurs at the electronic circuits of equipment.
· This equipment generates automatic warning sounds in disclosure to radioactive rays, and has excellent safety since it automatically try to repeatedly introduce a ray source while increasing power several times even when there are obstacle factors such as mechanical hanging and when drawing the ray source again into the source container after disclosure and photo graphic work
· This equipment accurately detects movement of the source wire and accurately controls for the ray source to return to the original position depending on understanding position of the ray source even when error occurs in the course
· This equipment can maintain setup of use environment since data are saved as they are even if power turns off, and memorize the previous work environment even if power turns off and then on due to vibration or shock of equipment during travel
· This equipment has no concern it may overturn internally when passing through the bend of a pipe(more than (f28�and less than 45°) since wheels for driving the main body is of structure * (patented) rolling to the left or right
· This equipment attaches a water sensor to determine that water is filled within the pipe if using equipment in the rainy season and prevents failure by preventing submersion of equipment by * which filled water is returned out
· This equipment is designed to be easy for A/S in failure and so has excellent A/S performance in occurrence of problems
